Terms and Conditions (T&C)
§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and services concluded via our website. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with: ABATE STUDIOS.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order is sent immediately after submission by automated email.
Please note: Emails from ABATE STUDIOS may be delivered to your spam folder – it is the customer’s responsibility to check their spam folder regularly.
§ 4 Prices, Shipping Costs, Taxes and Customs Duties
(1) The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) of the Federal Republic of Germany and other price components, unless otherwise stated.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. These are clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
(3) Deliveries within the European Union (EU):
For deliveries to private customers within the EU, German VAT applies unless the seller exceeds the EU-wide delivery threshold of €10,000 per year. If this threshold is exceeded, taxation will be based on the applicable VAT rate of the destination country (OSS procedure). The customer will be informed in such cases.
(4) Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. USA, United Kingdom):
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, in particular the USA and the United Kingdom, no German VAT will be charged. The customer is solely responsible for the proper payment of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges in the destination country. These additional costs are not covered by ABATE STUDIOS. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain information about possible import duties before placing the order.
(5) For countries with specific customs or import regulations, we reserve the right to provide additional instructions or requirements via email after the order has been placed. We also reserve the right to reject the order after it has been placed.
(6) ABATE STUDIOS does not cover the cost of return shipping.
§ 5 Delivery
We deliver worldwide. An estimated delivery time is provided during the ordering process. If delivery times differ, this will be indicated on the relevant product page or communicated via email.
§ 6 Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or other digital payment methods.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
§ 9 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 10 Disclaimer for Natural Dyes
(1) Our products are hand-dyed using natural dyes. Due to the natural characteristics of these dyes, color variations between individual products may occur. Minor differences in tone, intensity, or pattern do not constitute a defect but are characteristic of naturally hand-dyed products.
(2) We do not guarantee color consistency, colorfastness, or permanent color stability. In particular, repeated washing or exposure to light and environmental conditions may lead to color changes or fading. We do not accept liability for such changes.
(3) Any further liability in connection with coloration is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
